The Pet Company Express offers a full 30-day return policy for any item purchased from our website.  The following terms and conditions apply:

• Apparel may be returned if it is not the correct size, or is not to the buyer's satisfaction, however, the product may not show any signs of wear or a refund will not be issued.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS LOADED WITH FUR.

• Returns may be made at any of our store locations, or via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, as your original shipment was delivered, within 30-days of the original date of sale.

• Returns must be accompanied by your invoice provided with your original shipment.

• A refund will be issued via PayPal once the item is received, and the return is approved per these terms and conditions.  This refund will be issued within 72 hours of receipt and examination of the returned item(s).

• We do not refund shipping fees for returning the merchandise to us.

• If you choose to return an item by any means other than UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, we will not be responsible for lost packages.  We suggest using UPS or  USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, and note the tracking number of the box or package that you return the item in.

• All items other than apparel are 100% refundable, minus any shipping/handling charges, no questions asked.  

• If you choose to return your purchase to one of our 27 locations, you will need to present your purchase invoice along with the merchandise being returned.  If you no longer have your invoice, and need a copy, please email us with your original date of sale, and we will email your invoice to you.
