Special Order Policy:

At The Pet Company Express, we will try to accommodate your special order requests, provided the size and weight of the item(s) are not prohibitive.  Here is the Special Order Procedure:

• Send us an email with the Manufacturer Name, Item Number, and Description of the item.

• If we can fill your request, we will return your email with a price quote, including any shipping/handling charges.

• You tell us if you want us to fill the order for you.

• We will send a payment request to fill that order via Paypal.

• Once your payment has been received, your order will usually  ship in 7-10 days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a UPS tracking number so you can track your shipment online.
